解决两个问题 提高中职生作文质量

制约中职生作文质量的因素很多,涉及的方面很广,提高作文质量要做的工作也很多,但我觉得首先要解决两个问题。第一是要解决学生对作文存在的畏难心理,第二是帮助学生提高运用素材的能力。这是中职生写作文时普遍存在的两个基础问题,而提高运用素材的能力则更为重要。

基于接受理论视野,提高大学生思想政治教育课效果,既要激发他们参与思想政治理论课的积极性,还要端正他们对思想政治理论课的接受态度;既要优化他们接受思想政治理论课的方式,还要提高他们对思想政治理论课的接受水平。     

A Meta-analysis of the Gender Gap in Performance in Collegiate Economics Courses

The conventional wisdom has been that men outperform otherwise equivalent women in collegiate economics courses. Recent work in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields documenting gains by women suggests that it is time to reevaluate the gender performance gap in economics. Surveying 68 studies containing 235 distinct regressions published since 1980, we find that 68.4% of regressions report men outperform women, though this is only statistically significant in 30.7% of regressions. Although the literature points to numerous reasons for this gap, our focus is on the effects of study design and the impact of broad socio-cultural changes over time. Using meta-regression analysis, we find that the likelihood of observing a statistically significant gap has declined noticeably, by almost 3% annually. Although the drop may not be as large as in some STEM fields, the result is highly robust to the specification of the time trend and the model.

基于Android平台学生选课系统的设计与实现

本文分析了大学生目前的就业现状及其成因,指出了大学生择业过程中存在的思想问题和加强思想教育和心理疏导的必要性和方法。     

大学生就业指导中的逆商教育探索

在大学生就业指导中加强逆商教育是当前高就业压力环境下高校维护大学生心理健康的必然选择，是高校顺应时代发展对人才素质变迁要求的必然举措。逆商教育的内容应包括正确的挫折观、自信心、归因理论、健康的思维方式等。在大学生就业指导中，教师可以通过案例讨论、情境模拟、挫折经历分析，心理暗示训练等方式来培养大学生的逆商。     

利用期权的博弈分析管理国家助学贷款

针对国家助学贷款信用风险高的问题,引入期权的博弈分析方法,设计一种国家助学贷款的偿还模式,这种还款模式可以看作有着延展期限的敲出期权,通过借贷双方博弈分析得出结论:借款者通过付费延长贷款的生命期,选择违约边界;贷款者通过调整利率影响借款者的选择,使贷款合同保持激励作用。这种利用期权的博弈分析方法管理国家助学贷款可以有效避免借款者违约,减少银行的贷款风险。

大学生宿舍管理问题越来越受到社会各界的关注,本文从研究大学生宿舍管理的意义出发,在分析了某些大学生宿舍管理中存在的主要问题的基础上,总结和概括了完善大学生宿舍管理的几点策略。     

Are multinational teams more successful?

Teams have become increasingly multinational in many sectors. The impact of national diversity on team performance is, however, controversial. On the one hand, multinational teams may have access to a greater variety of task-relevant expertise, which should increase the team performance. On the other hand, national diversity may complicate team collaboration and increase team conflict. Applying panel econometrics to 4284 team observations in a globalized sector, we find evidence that multinational teams perform worse than teams with less national diversity.
